Of Basque parentage, I lived in Saint Jean de Luz, where my family has been established for generations, until completing my studies. With my hotel management diploma in hand, I set off to discover new horizons, spending the better part of my time gaining professional experience in Greece and England.

A few years later, far from home, I decided to return to my beloved Pays Basque to put into practice my grounding in the English language in view of helping English-speaking newcomers to settle in this superb region.
